I’ve been sipping on this super easy, fiber-rich smoothie this morning:
1-1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries + a cup or so of plain soy milk
Throw that into my VitaMix and blend for 40 seconds.
I don’t add sugar because, frankly, I think that kills the whole point of a healthy smoothie. The milk gives it richness and the frozen blueberries are sweet enough that I don’t feel it’s necessary.
An aside: Your teeth and lips WILL be blue from this smoothie so, you know, don’t drink this before a meeting or somewhere that temporary blue teeth aren’t appropriate.

For the first time, researchers have found two new planets orbiting a distant sun-like star that are the size of Earth or smaller. The discovery is key because Earth-sized planets are considered critical in the search for life elsewhere in the universe.
